Cotton Drill & Workwear Fabric — India to the UK
3/1 warp-faced cotton drill and poly-cotton workwear cloth woven to your construction in Kishangarh, 200–380 g/m², RFD or dyed. MOQ 100 m greige, ~2-day production, FOB Mundra or CIF a UK port.
The UK–India trade agreement has been in force since 15 July 2026. Preferential duty depends on the exact tariff line, the product-specific origin rule and valid origin proof — we provide FTA origin documentation where the article qualifies, rather than a blanket duty claim.
What we supply
The workhorse uniform and coverall cloth — warp-faced, abrasion-resistant, stable through industrial laundering when sanforised.
Finish: RFD, or piece-dyed to a signed lab dip
For shirts, lighter uniform trousers and aprons where drape matters more than a heavy warp-faced face.
Finish: RFD or dyed
Tool aprons, utility panels, bib fronts and reinforcement on workwear that takes hardware and load.
Finish: RFD or dyed
Shipping and duty to United Kingdom
- Shipping lane
- Sea from Mundra or Nhava Sheva to Felixstowe, Southampton or London Gateway — roughly 3–4 weeks in transit, plus about 2 days' production for greige.

Common questions
Can you supply 65/35 poly-cotton drill?
It is a controlled extension. We quote it once yarn sourcing, weaving, shrinkage, shade consistency and finishing are validated for the construction — 100% cotton drill is the ready hero article today.
Do you provide test reports for UK workwear?
Yes — tensile, tear, abrasion, dimensional stability and colourfastness through an accredited lab, appropriate to the end use, arranged against your spec and market requirement. We do not infer results from construction alone.
What weight drill do UK uniform contracts usually specify?
Most sit at 240–300 g/m² (about 7–9 oz) for coveralls and trousers; lighter 2/1 twill at 180–220 g/m² for shirting. Send your incumbent spec and we confirm the closest construction.
