How we handle the information you send us.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to nbtpl.com and describes how NakodaBherav Textiles Pvt Ltd (“Nothing Before Textile”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information from visitors, buyers and enquirers — primarily through the sample request form and the contact form. It does not apply to our internal manufacturing or HR records, which sit outside this website.

2. What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect what you type into it — typically:

• Contact details: name, company, country, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company website.
• Fabric requirement details: product type, composition, construction, GSM, width, processing, colour or shade, quantity, target price, end use, certifications required, current supplier's country.
• Any file you attach — a specification sheet, tech pack, fabric photo or print artwork (up to 3 files, 5 MB each).
• Free-text notes or messages you write in the form.

We also capture some technical and marketing-attribution information with each submission: which page you submitted from, the referring page, and — if you arrived via a tagged link such as a Google Ad — the UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content parameters and the Google Click ID (GCLID). This last set is stored in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit so that attribution is not lost if you browse several pages before submitting. It is not a persistent tracking cookie and it clears when you close the browser tab.

3. How we store and use it

Form submissions are sent to a Google Apps Script we operate, which writes your enquiry into a private Google Sheet used as our internal enquiry log, uploads any attached files to a private Google Drive folder, sends an internal notification to our sourcing team, and sends you a confirmation with your enquiry reference number. We use this information solely to review your enquiry, determine a manufacturing route, prepare a quotation or sample, and follow up with you commercially. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use your fabric specification for any purpose other than responding to your enquiry.

4. Who else sees it

Because our enquiry system runs on Google Workspace, your submission (including any uploaded file) is processed and stored on Google's infrastructure, subject to Google's own privacy and security practices. If your enquiry needs input from one of our manufacturing or processing partners to confirm a route or capability, relevant technical details may be shared with that partner — never your full contact details without reason to. If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy policy, not this one.

5. Analytics and advertising

We use Google Ads (gtag.js) to measure which marketing channels lead to enquiries and to run remarketing. The tag loads on every page, but by default it is not permitted to set advertising or analytics cookies or store identifying information — it only gains that permission after you accept cookies via the banner on this site, using Google's Consent Mode v2. Until you accept, the tag can still contribute to aggregate, non-identifying campaign measurement as Google describes in its own documentation.

6. Cookies and consent

On your first visit we show a consent banner. If you decline, no advertising or analytics cookies are set and consent stays denied. If you accept, we record your choice in your browser's local storage and update Consent Mode to allow Google Ads cookies. You can change your mind by clearing this site's storage in your browser, which brings the banner back.

7. Retention

Enquiry records and attachments are kept in our enquiry log for as long as needed to serve you as a customer or prospect, and to meet commercial and tax record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry record at any time.

8. Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email vipul.mehta@nbtpl.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
