Nothing Before Textile

Quality

Six checkpoints, followed through the route.

From yarn to finished roll — not a single inspection at the end. Each checkpoint is against your specification, not a generic standard.

  1. 01

    Yarn verification

Count, composition, lot and twist (where applicable) verified against your construction before sizing.

  2. 02

    Warp preparation

Ends, sizing and tension checked in our own sizing plant, ahead of weaving.

  3. 03

    Loom construction

EPI, PPI, weave and width checked against your specification on the loom.

  4. 04

    Greige inspection

Defects, width, GSM and roll length checked before the fabric moves to processing.

  5. 05

    Processing control

Where processing is required: shade, shrinkage, fastness and finish controlled against your approved lab dip and specification.

  6. 06

    Final inspection

Construction, width, GSM, appearance and packing checked before dispatch.

An example inspection record

A sample QC record is available on request rather than published generically here — ask for it alongside your test requirements and we will share a real one relevant to your construction.
