Heavy cotton canvas and duck for utility bags, covers, tents and outdoor-use converters, 250–680 g/m², widths to 140 inches. Greige, RFD or dyed. FOB Mundra or CIF Jebel Ali, MOQ 100 m greige.
A short shipping lane to Jebel Ali and India–UAE CEPA preference make India a natural canvas source for Gulf converters. Coatings and water resistance are only promised where an accredited test backs the partner finish.

Shipping and duty to United Arab Emirates

- Sea from Mundra or Nhava Sheva to Jebel Ali — roughly 1–2 weeks in transit, plus about 2 days' production for greige. Jebel Ali also serves the wider Gulf and East Africa on re-export.
- Duty position
- India–UAE CEPA in force since 1 May 2022. Preferential access covers most tariff lines; the exact concession and origin rule is confirmed per construction before quoting a landed price.

Payment 10% on order, 15% at production start, 50% on passing QC, 25% on dispatch. OEKO-TEX and GOTS applied for and in progress as of September 2026, not yet granted. Organic cotton available now. SMETA not pursued.
Common questions
Can you supply canvas wide enough for tent and shade panels?
Yes — up to 140 inches (about 356 cm), construction-dependent, so panels come off the loom without a centre seam. Most mills stop at 63–98 inches.
Do you certify water resistance or rot proofing?
We arrange a wax, paraffin-based or fluorocarbon-free DWR finish, or a PU/PVC coating, through approved partners — and only state the performance where an accredited test on the exact article and route backs it.
What are your minimums for the Gulf market?
100 m for greige with no per-colour minimum; 1,000 m per colour once dyeing or printing is involved. No container commitment — part loads and consolidation are normal.
