Nominated supplier
A nominated supplier is a fabric or component source that a brand or buyer mandates its garment factory or product manufacturer to buy from. The factory does the cutting and making; the fabric is bought from the nominated mill, on terms the brand has agreed.
Brands nominate suppliers to control quality, compliance, price and traceability across many factories. For a mill, becoming a nominated supplier means a repeatable order stream tied to the brand's programme rather than to any one factory.
When you order from a mill
We can supply on a nominated basis: the brand approves the article and terms, the factory places the calls. Sampling speed and transparent specs make that approval faster.
