This policy applies to nbtpl.com and describes how Nakoda Bherav Textiles Pvt. Ltd. ("NBTPL", "we", "us") collects and uses information from visitors, buyers and enquirers — primarily through the Request a Fabric Quote (RFQ) form and the Contact form. It does not apply to NBTPL's internal manufacturing or HR records, which sit outside this website.
When you submit the RFQ form, Contact form, or the form on a Google Ads landing page, we collect what you type into it — typically:
We also automatically capture some technical and marketing-attribution information with each submission: which page you submitted from, the referring page, and — if you arrived via a tagged link (for example a Google Ad) — the UTM source/medium/campaign/term/content parameters and Google Click ID (GCLID). This last set is stored in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit so that attribution isn't lost if you browse several pages before submitting a form; it is not a persistent tracking cookie and clears when you close the browser tab.
Form submissions are sent to a Google Apps Script we operate, which:
We use this information solely to review your enquiry, determine a manufacturing route, prepare a quotation or sample, and follow up with you commercially. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We do not use your fabric specification for any purpose other than responding to your enquiry.
Because our enquiry system runs on Google Workspace, your submission (including any uploaded file) is processed and stored on Google's infrastructure (Sheets, Drive, Gmail), subject to Google's own privacy and security practices. If your enquiry requires input from one of NBTPL's manufacturing or processing partners (for example, to confirm a route or capability), relevant technical details may be shared with that partner — never your full contact details without reason to. If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy policy, not this one.
We use Google Ads (gtag.js) to measure which marketing channels lead to enquiries and to run remarketing. The tag itself loads on every page, but by default it is not permitted to set advertising or analytics cookies or store any identifying information — it only gains that permission after you accept cookies via the banner on this site (see Section 6), using Google's Consent Mode. Until you accept, the tag can still contribute to aggregate, non-identifying campaign measurement ("conversion modelling") as Google describes in its own documentation, but does not set a cookie tied to your browser. Google Analytics (GA4) is not yet active on the site; when it is, it will follow the same consent-gated approach.
If we enable Google's "Enhanced Conversions" feature, then for visitors who have accepted advertising cookies, a cryptographically hashed (not human-readable) version of the email address and/or phone number submitted through our RFQ or Contact form may be sent to Google, to help Google match that enquiry to the ad click that led to it. This is not enabled at the time of this policy's last update; this paragraph will be kept current if that changes. If you decline advertising cookies via the banner, this data is not sent, regardless of whether Enhanced Conversions is active.
This site uses:
You can change your cookie preference at any time by clearing your browser's site data for nbtpl.com, which will show the consent banner again on your next visit.
We retain enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary for the commercial relationship they relate to, and for our own business record-keeping. If you'd like your enquiry data deleted, contact us (Section 9) and we will remove it from our active Sheet and Drive folder, except where we're required to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the email below. If you are in the EU/UK or another jurisdiction with its own data protection law, you may have additional rights under that law (such as data portability or the right to object to processing) — contact us and we'll address your request in line with the applicable law.
For any privacy question or request: vipul.mehta@nbtpl.com
We may update this policy as the site's data practices change — for example once GA4/Google Ads are actually configured, or if the RFQ form's field set changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
